Any existing customers who have already engaged the services of Irwin Mitchell will continue to receive advice and guidance from their solicitors.

Update on Age Co Legal Services

As of 1st July 2025, Age Co no longer offer Legal Services including Will writing, setting up of Lasting Powers of Attorney, support with probate, and advice relating to care home fees.
These services were previously provided by Irwin Mitchell LLP. Existing customers who have already engaged their solicitors, will continue to receive advice and support from Irwin Mitchell, who can be contacted directly.

Why is Age Co no longer offering legal services through Irwin Mitchell?

The decision to end the relationship follows the contract coming to a natural end and to allow both Age Co and Irwin Mitchell to concentrate on other strategic priorities.

Age Co aims to help people make the most of later life, and the products we offer are selected to meet the needs of our customers. Age Co conducts regular reviews of both the range on offer, and the product partners we work with, in order to best serve those needs, and continue to generate income for Age UK.

Can Age Co still assist customers requiring legal services?

What happens if I’m an existing Age Co Legal Services customer?

Customers who have already made enquiries about Age Co Legal Services or previously engaged Irwin Mitchell solicitors, will continue to receive advice and support directly.
