Prize draw – terms and conditions

  1. Entries into the Prize Draw from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020. No purchase necessary. There is no requirement to complete the section relating to renewal dates.
  2. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only.
  3. Participants must have a full postal address to participate.
  4. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified.
  5. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  6. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
  7. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
  8. Only one entry per person.
  9. Employees or family members of employees of Age UK Enterprises Limited or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the competition.
  10. One winner will win a prize of £1,000. There is no alternative prize and no interest is payable.
  11. The prize is not transferable.
  12. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
  13. Notification of winning: the winner will be notified by 5 May 2020.
  14. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Age UK Enterprises Limited, Marketing Department £1,000 Prize, Tavis House, 1-6 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9NA.
  15. The promoter of the Free Prize Draw is Age UK Enterprises Limited, Tavis House, 1-6 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9NA.
  16. The decision of the promoter is final.
  17. Any prize that is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact the winner will be disposed of at the Promoter’s discretion without any liability to the winner for having done so.Winners will have one month after notification to claim their prizes.
